Heard Sri G. Seena Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology for respondents.
2. The petitioner has challenged G.O.Ms.No.65, Industries & Commerce (Mines-III) Department, dated 04.08.2021.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology, on written instructions, submitted that said G.O. has ceased to have effect in view of subsequent issuance of G.O.Ms.No.100, Industries & Commerce (Mines-II) Department, dated 26.06.2025.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner do not have any objections to said statement.
5. In that view of matter, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
