Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toparticularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in passing an order of deputation vide Proceeding No.Rc.No.23/B1/2022, dated Nil-01-2023 deputing the petitioner from Zilla Parishat High School, Muppalla, Palnadu District to Mandal Praja Parishat School, Gummanampadu, Bollapalli Mandal, Palnadu District on Administrative Grounds until further orders basing on a report dated 30-12- 2022 submitted by the 5th respondent is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of principles of natural justice and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith continue the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher at Muppalla, Muppalla Mandal, Palnadu District and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to suspend the operation of the order passed by the 4th respondent vide Proceeding No.Rc.No.23/B1/2022, dated Nil-01-2023 by continuing the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher at Zilla Parishat High School, Muppalla, Palnadu District, pending disposal of the Writ Petition, and to pass IA NO: 2 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to vacate the interim orders dt:06-01-2023 passed in W.P.No.577/2023 and may be pleased to dispose the Writ Petition as devoid of merits and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

Sri V.Rajanna, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition becomes infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
