Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 and their officials in interfering with the manufacturing, production, sale and direct distribution of Press mud on the brand name of Vijaya Gromin produced by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and un-constitutional and without jurisdiction and contrary to Fertilizer Control (Amendment) Order, 2008 and further direct the respondent 1 and 2 and their officials not to interfere with in any manner with the production, sale and direct distribution of Press mud on the brand name of Vijaya Gromin produced by the petitioner and marketed through its direct marketing staff and also through the licensed dealers / stockiest as per the Fertilizer Control (Amendment) Order, 2008 and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 1 and 2 and their officials not to interfere with in any manner with the production, sale and direct distribution Press mud on the brand name of Vijaya, Gromin produced by the petitioner and marketed through its direct marketing staff and also through the licensed dealers /
