ORDER:-
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.N.Chakrapani, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no further orders are required in this matter, since the relief has become infructuous.
2. Sri Gangisetty Rajeswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Agricultural Marketing Committees (AMC) for the respondents is in attendance.
3. Recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
