Sri P.Varun Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri K.M.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
