ORDER:
1. The Station House Officer, Iragavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, submits a status report. It appears from the status report that the petitioner has expired on 20.02.2026. The report appended with a copy of death certificate issued by the concerned authority.
2. Since the petitioner has expired, noting left for this court to decide the issue.
3. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Revision case is disposed of as abated thus infructuous.
