ORDER:
Report of District Legal Services Authority, Guntur District reflects that the petitioner has expired on 13.06.2016. The instant Criminal Revision Case has been preferred against the order of conviction passed by learned Magistrate concerned against the present petitioner for the offence punishable under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Since the petitioner has expired, nothing is left for this Court to pass any order. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as abated.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
