Order:

The Criminal Petition has been filed under 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’), seeking to enlarge the petitioner/accused No.6 in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.14 of 2026 of Chirala II Town Police Station, Bapatla District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner approached him for filing an application seeking anticipatory bail, the petitioner, without his knowledge, also filed another application before this Court. Hence, learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
