ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Kunuku Raja Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition as and when required.

3. Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing on behalf of the State is in attendance.
4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition as and when required.
