2. Learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology, on written instructions, submits that said G.O.s have ceased to have effect in view of subsequent issuance of G.O.Ms.No.100, Industries & Commerce (Mines-II) Department, dated 26.06.2025.

3. Learned counsel for petitioners does not have any objections to said statement.
4. In that view of matter, these writ petitions are closed. No costs.
