It is specifically submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, since this Court passed the interim order dated 29.01.2025. The police authority has not called the petitioner to the police station.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has placed on record the written instructions of the Station House Officer, contending inter alia that the petitioner was called in pursuant to a specific complaint made by unofficial respondent. However, it is stated that the matter is purely civil in nature and has since been settled before the village elders.

3. Taking note of the written instructions furnished by the concerned respondent authorities.

4. With the above observations, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
