The Court made the following ORDER :

On 17.04.2026, this Court passed the following order: “On 27.02.2026, it was represented on that day the sole petitioner died and necessary steps to bring the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner on record are to be taken. Accordingly, time was granted to file appropriate application and the matter was adjourned to 13.03.2026 to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner, to file appropriate application to bring the Legal Representatives. However, no steps were taken so far. Today, when the matter is called the learned counsel for the petitioner sought a adjournment to comply with the order dated 27.02.2026. Though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" to give one more fair chance to the petitioner, the matter is adjourned. List the matter on 01.05.2026 under the same caption, as a last chance.”

2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner and in spite of granting several opportunities to take steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner, no steps have been taken.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________
