Heard Sri Nani Babu Robba, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. Despite the service of notice, no appearance is entered on behalf of the respondent Nos.4 to 7.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is against the inaction on the part of the respondents in processing the application filed by the petitioners, dated 17-07- 2023 for conducting the survey.

3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received from the Tahsildar, dated 09.10.2025 in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect as under:

“Petitioner has executed settlement agreement, dated 15.10.2016 (un-registered) in favour of Sri Kurusa Simhachalam, S/o (Late) Kannayya of Kothapaderu village of Paderu Mandal basing on the registered document No.113 of 1976, dated 23.06.1976. Further the petitioner executed one Assurance Deed dated 06.02.2021 in favour of Sri Varthana Bonjubabu of Gudivada Village of Paderu Mandal for an extent of Ac.0.75 cents of land is vested to him.

It is submitted that, Paderu Village in online records (webland) was not displayed from past five (5) years due to technical issue and applications for mutations and F-Line petitions also could not be processed for the same reason.

It is further submitted that, recently i.e., from 29.09.2025 the said Paderu Village is being reflected in webland and presently applications for both mutations and F-Line are processed. Therefore, the petitioner’s F-Line application will be considered by following due procedure and as above Technical issue has been resolved.”

4. Having regard to the above and as it has been stated that the technical issues in maintaining the web land records have been resolved, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondent Nos.2 & 3 to pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioners, dated 17.07.2023 in accordance with law, after affording sufficient opportunity of hearing the petitioners and the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of the order.

5. The said instructions of the Tahsildar, dated 09.10.2025 are placed on record.

6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
