IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI

WRIT PETITION NO: 37066 of 2022 Bench Sr.No:-3

Boreddy Sivasankar Reddy ...Petitioner Vs. The State of Andhra Pradesh and others ...Respondents

**********

Advocate for Petitioner : NONE Advocate(s) for Respondent(s): GP for Revenue, Mr Ch. Bhargav representing Ms Sodum Anvesha for respondent No.6

CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE LISA GILL SRI JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA DATE : 5th May, 2026

LISA GILL, CJ.

Learned counsel for respondent No.6 submits that learned Lokayukta has closed proceedings in complaint lodged by respondent No.6, on 09.06.2023.

None had appeared on behalf of petitioner on last date of hearing. Today again there is no representation on behalf of petitioner despite matter being listed under the column ‘for dismissal’. It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any longer.

WP-37066-2022

Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for non- prosecution.

No costs. Pending application(s) if any, including IA.No.1 of 2022, stand(s) disposed of accordingly.

LISA GILL, CJ
