IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI

WRIT PETITION NO: 9001 of 2013 Bench Sr.No:-2

Kaviti Raju ...Petitioner Vs. A P State Human Rights Commission and others ...Respondents ********** Advocate for Petitioner : NONE Advocate for Respondents : GP for Home for respondent No.2

CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE LISA GILL SRI JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA DATE : 5th May, 2026

LISA GILL, CJ.

Perusal of the file reveals that it is noted in order dated 03.04.2013 that Crime No.14 of 2013 has already been registered at Parvathipuram Rural Police Station under Sections 420 & 417 IPC against petitioner and is pending investigation.

None had appeared on behalf of petitioner on last date of hearing. Today again there is no representation on behalf of petitioner despite matter being listed under the column ‘for dismissal’. It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any longer.

Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for non- prosecution.

WP-9001-2013

No costs. Pending application(s) if any stand(s) disposed of accordingly.

LISA GILL, CJ
