JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case.

3. Mr.P.Somayaji, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing on behalf of the State is in attendance and would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
