ORDER:

This Contempt Case has been filed against the respondents complaining willful disobedience of the order, dated 21.09.2021 in W.P.No.14825 of 2021.

2. During the course of hearing of this case, Mr. G. Ramachandra Rao, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, Mr. P. Subash, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 and Mr. I. Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 would submit that due to pendency, there was some delay in implementing the order of the Court, but finally the order of the Court is complied with and all encroachments are removed as directed by this Court by the concerned officers and they placed the photographs in support of the same.

3. Having considered the material placed by the learned counsel for the respondents, it appears that all the encroachments are removed. In view of the same, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Court has been complied with.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and in view of the removal of the encroachments, all those encroachers do not have any shelter at present to reside. In view of the same, this Court expects that the concerned officers i.e. District Collector, Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) and Tahsildar, shall take appropriate steps to provide house sites and other assistance for construction of houses, if they are otherwise eligible under any Government Housing Schemes, provided for landless poor persons.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
