ORDER:
This contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order dated 15.02.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.3204 of 2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions submits that after filing the contempt case, the respondents have implemented the order dated 15.02.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.3204 of 2023 and hence he prays to close the contempt case.
