ORDER:
This contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order dated 07.07.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.15182 of 2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions submits that after filing the contempt case, the respondents have implemented the order dated 07.07.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.15182 of 2023 and hence he prays to close the contempt case.
3. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
