ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed challenging the order dated 17-03- 2026, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of I-Class, Singarayakonda in Crl.M.P.No.767 of 2026 in C.C.No.l773 of 2025.
2. Heard Sri T.Lakshmi Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that revision would not lie against this Order, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file appropriate application before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.
5. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
