Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toIssue an appropriate Writ, Order, DireCtion more particularly. one in the nature of Writ.of Certiorari and Quash the probeedings No. P1/912/2009 dated 09-12-2013 issued by 2nd respondent herein by confir'rning the orders of the Director of Survey and Settlements i.e. the 1st respondent herein vide proceedings in R.P. 69/2007(A2) dated 12-08-2009 through which the order of the Settlement Officer, Visakhapatnamo i.e. 4th respondent proceedings in SR. 11(a)/1/2007/F2 (Rc.No. 2646/99/F2) dated 01-09-2007 were being confirmed, as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of ArtiCle 14 of the Constitution of India:and contrary' to the provisions contemplated Estates Land Act, 1908 and Estates Abolition Act, 1948 and quash the same after calling for the records relating to the aforesaid order and consequentially direct the 4th respondent herein to issue ryotwari patta and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2014(WPMP 321 OF 2014 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct the 4th respondent to issue Ryotwarl Patta in favour of the petitioners for the land in R.S.No. 17 admeasuring Ac. 7-54 cents, situated at PentaSeema Bonangi Village, Parawada Mandal, Visakhapatnam District pending disposal of the Writ Petition and pass IA NO: 4 OF 2014(WPMP 25001 OF 2014 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to receive the additional-affidavit in W.P.No.297 of 2014 and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):
