ORDER:
Sri Eluru Sesha Mahesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that a letter dated 22.04.2026 has been addressed to the Registry enclosing the petitioner’s letter seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision petition.
2. The same is placed on record.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
