Aggrieved by the order dated 11.12.2023 passed in Interlocutory Application No.705 of 2023 in Original Suit No.200 of 2018 on the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. As per the details of the Case Information System placed on record by the Registry, the Original Suit No.200 of 2018 on the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, was settled before Lok Adalat on 12.12.2025.
