Aggrieved by the order dated 20.02.2024 passed in Interlocutory Application No.192 of 2023 in H.M.O.P No.352 of 2022 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
2. No representation on either side.
3. As per the details of the Case Information System placed on record by the Registry, H.M.O.P. No.352 of 2022 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District was dismissed without costs on 05.01.2026.
