Aggrieved by the return endorsement in GR No.3351 dated 16.08.2024 in Execution Petition No.145 of 2018 in Original Suit No.704 of 2014 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional District Judge at Gajuwaka, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
