The Court made the following order:
Aggrieved by the order dated 08.07.2024 passed in Interlocutory Application No.271 of 2024 in Original Suit No.531 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kadapa, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
2. No representation on either side.
3. As per the details of the Case Information System placed on record by the Registry, the O.S.No.531 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa, was decreed with costs on 19.09.2024.
