Aggrieved by the order dated 28.11.2023 passed in Interlocutory Application No.1205 of 2023 in Original Suit No.734 of 2017 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
2. No representation on either side.
3. As per the details of the Case Information System placed on record by the Registry, the Suit in O.S No.734 of 2017 on the file of the Court of I Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Visakhapatnam, was decreed with costs on 06.11.2025.
