The Court made the following order:
Aggrieved by the order dated 22.03.2024 passed in Execution Petition No.12 of 2020 in Original Suit No.481 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dharmavaram, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
2. No representation on either side.
3. As per the details of the Case Information System placed on record by the Registry, the Execution Petition No.12 of 2020 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram, was terminated on 15.10.2024.
4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
