of Writ of mandamus declaring that the action of the respondents issuing declaration notice under section 19(1) of The Right to Fair ompensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in reference No. E-875783/2017/R and R for acquisition of lands in Reddy Ganapavaram village, Buttaiguda Mandal, total extent of Ac.709-00 cents for the purpose of allotting the same to the displaced families of Buttaigudam and Jeelugumalli Mandal villages under R and R scheme i.e., land for land and as illegal, arbitrary and being violation of Article 14,16,21 and 300-A of Constitution of India, and set a aside the same while direction the respondents to allot the land to the petitioner under R and R scheme in P.Ankampalem, P. Narayanapuram, and Kamaiahpalem in Jillugumalli Mandal, West Godavari district in the interest of justice and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider representations of the petitioners dated 24- 8-2018 and 25-8-2018 for allotment of land under Rehabilitation and Resettlement package in the village mentioned in the representation while declaration dated 22-8-2018 and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

The Court made the following ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record the instructions from the R&R Officer & Project Officer, ITDA, K.R.Puram, West Godavari District, bearing RC.No.T9/43/2017 dated 08.03.2019. It submitted that the respondents have already passed orders on the representations of the petitioners dated 24.08.2018 and 25.08.2018 and served order to the petitioners and the petitioners endorsed the same.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners request to close this matter, stating that the respondents have already passed orders regarding representations.
4. Since orders have already been passed on the representations of the petitioners, no further orders are required.
5. The cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
