/ “This application Is filed seeking to recall the bailable warrant issued against the petitioner/respondent No.6 op 16.03.2026. Respondent No.6 appeared before this Court through virtual mode and tendered an unconditional apology for his non-appearance, further submitted the order dated 02.01.2025 in Writ Petition No.25654 of has been complied with, though there was a delay due to administrative reasons. Hence, prayed for recall of the bailable warrant issued against him. Recording the said submissions, the bailable warrant issued against respondent No.6 is hereby recalled.
