2. 17.04.2026 Dr.VJP,J I.A.No.1 of 2026 This is an interlocutory application filed by the petitioner/accused in the anticipatory bail application, seeking grant of interim protection to enable him to attend his examinations. Having considered the submissions made, this Court is inclined to grant interim protection to the petitioner solely for the purpose of attending his examinations scheduled on 18.04.2026 and 21.04.2026. Accordingly, the application is disposed of. It is made clear that this interim protection is limited to the aforesaid dates, and thereafter, the police are at liberty to proceed with the investigation and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. ________ Dr.VJP, J SAB
