We have heard learned counsel for the appellant.

2. We find no basis to interfere with the order passed by the learned single Judge, by virtue of which the petitioner was permitted to deposit 50% of the amount due on account of property tax which admittedly remained unpaid by the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of the order and the balance within two weeks thereafter.

However, time is extended for payment of the amount as per the orders passed by the learned single Judge by another one week.
