The Court made the following ORDER :
The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants against the order dated 30.04.2013 passed in C.M.A.No.4 of 2013 on the file of learned Additional District Judge, West Godavari District, Kovvur, whereby, the said C.M.A.No.4 of 2013 was dismissed by confirming the temporary injunction granted in I.A.No.957 of 2012 in O.S.No.345 of 2012.
2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioners.
3. However, as per the eCourt status, the suit in O.S.No.345 of 2012 itself was disposed of, as such, nothing survives for adjudication.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
