ORDER:
The instant Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioners / Accused No.2 to 5 seeking to set aside the charges framed against them in S.C.No.137 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Vijayawada.
2. Ms.L.Bhargavi Lakshmi, learned counsel represented that there is need to change vakalat for the Petitioners, since the learned counsel for the Petitioners has become Government Pleader.
3. Office is directed to delete the name of the learned counsel for the Petitioners.
4. As per the office note, the S.C.No. 137 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Vijayawada, was disposed of on23.12.2022 and the Accused also preferred appeal in C.A.No.637 of 2022. In that view the relief sought in this revision has become infructuous.
5. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
