This Contempt Case is filed against the respondent complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 01.09.2021 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.18633 of 2021.

2. At the stage of admission, this Court passed interim order on 01.09.2021 in W.P.No.18633 of 2021 directing the respondents therein not to alienate/handover the land to an extent of Ac.11.29 cents situated in Sy.No.152 of Ammavaripalem Village, Podalakur Mandal, SPSR District to anybody including Prabhagiripatnam Gram Panchayat pending further orders.

4. Mr T.Balaswami, learned counsel for the respondent basing on the averments made in the counter affidavit would submit that originally the land possession certificate was issued to some of the occupants of the said land and subsequent to the interim orders passed by this Court the land possession certificate was cancelled and possession of the petitioner is continuing thereafter. He further submits that they will proceed further as per the final outcome of the Writ Petition pending before this Court.
