ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms Kalla Tulasi Durgamba, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh application before the concerned District Court.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Mrs. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, appears on behalf of the State and is in attendance.
4. In view of the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the concerned District Court.
