This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the legality and correctness of the order 31.03.2023 passed in I.A.No.1529 of 2022 in O.S.No.252 of 2022 by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bheemunipatnam.
2. The case status information placed on record by the Registry shows that the suit in O.S.No.252 of 2022 was settled before Lok Adalat on 05.07.2025.
3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition filed questioning the orders passed in an I.A. in the said suit becomes infructuous .
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
