ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not reinstating the petitioner into service by setting aside the punishment of removal from service vide Memo dated 15.02.2024 as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court has passed an order on 19.12.2025 directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

3. In compliance of the above said directions, the respondents have considered and passed the order dated 03.01.2026 reiterating the stand taken earlier stating that once the punishment was imposed following the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rulee,1991 there is no power to reinstate the petitioner into service.
