...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 6 in not paying any compensation to the Petitioner's house bearing D.No. 70-A, Kummaralova Colony, Kummarlova Village, Tuni Mandal, East Godavari District which was acquired for the construction of Left Main Canal of Polavaram Project (Indira Sagar ) without following due process of law is illegal, arbitrary, being violative of Section 4, 5, 9, 10 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984, and violative of Section 15, 23, 24 , 34 and 36 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and violation of Articles, 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to pay the Fair Compensation to the petitioner above said house and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 2 to 6 to pay the compensation to the Petitioners house bearing D.No. 70~A, Kummaralova Colony, Kummarlova Village, Tuni Manda!, East Godavari District which was acquired for the construction of Left Main Canal of Polavaram Project (Indira Sagar ) under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 pending disposal of the main Writ petition and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant leave to the petitioner herein / Respondent No.5 in the WP No.22814/2020 to file counter affidavit in the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):
