ORDER:
This contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order dated 13.07.2022, passed by this Court in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in W.P.No.6309 of 2022.
2. After notice, the contemnor has filed reply affidavit annexing the order dated 03.09.2022, passed by the Joint Collector, Visakhapatnam.
3. Considering the same, this Court is of the opinion that the respondents have not willfully violated the order dated 13.07.2022, passed by this Court in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in W.P.No.6309 of 2022.
