The Court made the following ORDER:
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing of interim orders dated 15.03.2019 by this Court, the respondents have registered the Sale Certificate with respect to the subject property, hence no further orders are required and requested to close the writ petition.
In view of the submissions made, since the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
