ORDER:
On 18.03.2026, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contemnor, on instructions submitted that the order dated 02.01.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.40597 of 2022 have been complied with.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested time to get the instructions from his client and hence, the matter was directed to be posted to today. But, today there is no representation for the petitioner to press the contempt case.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the contempt case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt case, if still there is any grievance in the matter.
