...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in allotting the house sites to the land less poor in the Punta (kalava) land measuring Ac.8.52 in Sy.No. 158/2 of Bhimavaram Village, Vatsavai Mandal, Krishna District without leaving the land for ingress and egress and channel for flow of the rain water and water from the agricultural land of the neighbors and petitioners lands situated in Sy.No.157 measuring Ac.3.95 Cents, Sy.No.159-2 Measuring Ac.3.95 Cents and Sy.No.160-2B measuring Ac.5.41 Cents of Bhimavaram Village and Vatsavai Mandal, Krishna District as bad illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of Constitution of India. consequently direct the respondents not to allot the lands to the landless poor without spacing the land for ingress and egress and channel for free flow of the rain water and harvested waste water in Punta (kalava) land measuring Ac.8.52 in Sy.No. 158/2 of Bhimavaram village, vastavai mandal, Krishna district and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to allot the lands to the landless poor "pedalaandariki illlu" scheme without spacing the land for ingress and egress and channel for free flow of the rain water and harvested waste water in Punta (kalava) land measuring Ac.8.52 in Sy.
