ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

A perusal of the record shows that earlier the 4th petitioner herein has filed W.P.No.36529 of 2018 questioning the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 16.04.2018 and the said writ petition was dismissed, with liberty to the 4th petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy before the civil Court. Having invited the said order, the 4th petitioner along with three others have filed the present writ petition challenging the very same proceedings of the 3rd respondent. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
