Sri N. Pramod, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
