The Court made the following Order:

Heard Sri Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioners in the instant Writ Petition is against the action of the respondents in proposing to construct ‘Rythu Barosa Kendram’ in the subject land over an extent of Ac.0.40 cents out of Ac.11.61 cents in Sy.No.165 of Paradhi Village, Bobbili Mandal, Vizianagaram District, belonging to the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court a copy of instructions from the Tahsildar, dated 25.02.2026 received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that it has not been proposed by the respondents for construction of the ‘Rythu Barosa Kendram’ in the subject property and as such the question of dispossession of the petitioners from the subject property would not arise. It is further stated that the Government has not taken any decision to interfere with the possession of the petitioners’ subject land. It is also further stated that the subject land is a Poramboke Gramakantam land.

4. Having regard to the same, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition.

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed. ______________________________ JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA Dated: 31.03.2026 MSI
