The Court made the following:
1. This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 11.11.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21326 of 2020.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that, after filing the contempt case, the respondents have conducted a survey, demarcated the land, and identified the property. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
