Order:
The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’), by the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail in connection with un-numbered FIR of Veeravasaram Police Station, West Godavari District.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
