ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Duggirala Subash, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition as and when required.

4. In that view of the matter, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition as and when required.
