ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the orders dated 05.08.2024 passed in I.A.No.745 of 2024 in O.S.No.362 of 2018 by the learned III Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kadapa.
2. The case status information placed on record by the Registry procured from eCourts System shows that O.S.No.362 of 2018 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa was dismissed without costs on 09.01.2026.
3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
